Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Trying on an item is permitted; however, items must not be worn.

Returns of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside your country of residence (e.g. China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace). Returns without tracking cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return has been accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
